A consultation and trial session is highly recommended in order to achieve the desired look, thus giving you peace of mind before the big day. Each face and skin is different. Before makeup application we will discuss about your skin tone and which makeup application and products would work best for you. We use a wide variety of professional makeup products. Our favorite brands are MAC, Makeup Forever, Stila, Dinair, Bobbi Brown, Nars and other.
Our professional hairstylists will make sure to create your dream hairstyle. We use best hair styling tools and hair care products available in the marker such as Osis, Oribe, Hot Tools and other.
We offer high quality, remy, 100% human hair clip in extensions. You can purchase during your hairstyling session.
We specialize in traditional and airbrush makeup application as well updo, old hollywood glam waves, half up half down hairstyles.
$70 Traveling fee (upto 10 miles, then +$4 per 1 mile).
We require to book 4 services for weekend wedding. Otherwise we will book other services on the day.
The only way to save the date is by leaving 50% deposit and signing the contract.
The artist who is doing bridal makeup and hair is also doing services for other ladies on a wedding day. If you want your artist to be exclusive for you the price will be different. We always make sure to give plenty of time for bride to be .

Trial session
Trial session is required ( exceptional for destination brides) if you are booking us for bridal services on your wedding day. Makeup and hair trial session takes around two and a half to three hours. Initially, you will have a consultation for your desired makeup and hair style. We will give you an advice for your skin care, makeup and hair styles that would work best for you. Then we will apply it and id needed adjust to your special request. Makeup includes false eyelash application. Trial sessions are available Monday to Thursday by appointment only. If workdays do not work we offer Sunday/ Weekend makeup and hair trial session for $50 extra.
*Trial session is made for you to try our services. Wether you liked the provided service or not, you still have to pay all the trial fee.

Holiday Weddings
Please also note that the additional $190 per holiday date for bookings on holiday long weekends such as Labor Day Weekend, Memorial Weekend, Thanksgiving (Includes Thanksgiving weekend), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, and U.S. Independence Day (July 4th).
Destination Weddings
We would love to travel and make sure you look stunning on your wedding day!
Any occasion/ wedding that is over 80 miles one-way from Hollywood is considered a destination.
Example would be Santa Barbara, Las Vegas, Palm Springs, San Diego.
For destination events that requires air fare: The cost of the airline ticket will be pre-paid by the client.
Example would be San Francisco, Hawaii, New York.
Additional costs may include, but limited to: domestic first class air fare, car service, valet/ parking fees,
round trip shipping of makeup and hair case
Fee(s) will be included with the final bill and due for payment on the day-of-event.
Two options:
1. Minimum $5000. Upto 6 services per artist (including bride).
Our job is done whenever booked makeup and hair services are completed artists leaves.
Artists do not stay with a bride or bridal party.
2. 8 Hours day $7000. Upto 7 services per artist (with a pescetarian/vegan meal).
One night accommodation will be required for destination events.
BOOKING POLICY
* A full blow out is not included in any of hairstyling services (bridal or non-bridal). Please have clean and 100% dry hair. If hair is damp or wet, then additional blow-dry fee of $40 will be added.
* On wedding day we accepted only cash as the same day payment.
At least two additional services are required to book for the main artist who is in charge of bridal makeup and hairstyling. If you want to book an artist exclusively for yourself, please inquire for the price.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please take into consideration, a time commitment is made to you on behalf of Beauty Affair that is reserved in advance for your requested booked date(s) without the possibility of guaranteed replacement booking(s) nor the replacement/compensation of additional hours invested in email/text/phone conversation correspondences, etc. etc. if you should decide to cancel.
If for any reason the client must cancel the booked event or any services on a service agreement, the deposit paid will not be refunded NOR transferred to another date or other person(s) requesting service(s) for event(s).
